Sherman "Pat" Morss, Jr. is a photographer and an architect. Through thirty years of world travel he has gained deep insight into diverse cultures and environments, and the ability to capture the sense of place. His discipline as an architect has fine-tuned his eye for composition and graphic impact.

Pat is a member of the Advisory Council of the Boston Harbor Islands National Park Area and has authored a book on the unique natural and cultural resources of this new National Park.  The book includes photographs from his collection of 1,800 slides.  It is available through the publisher, Commonwealth Editions
